DocMaH® : Pest management, validatable according to GAMP® 5
For the industry, straightforward and practical pest control is essential. Due to the increasing importance of a unified standard in pest management, the requirements for documentation software are also rising. This motivated us to develop our own online documentation in collaboration with software and documentation experts and to operate it web-based. Precisely tailored to all the demanding central requirements as well as your individual needs – secure, compliant with data protection regulations, and hosted on German servers.
Forgery-proof
This software cannot be manipulated via barcodes and RFID chips
Raw data and data transfer
DocMaH® has no vulnerable data transfer interfaces

How does DocMaH® work?
Innovative & digitalized pest monitoring for your company
Tamper-proof documentation
Documentation based on controls using barcodes or RFID chips is prone to fraud, as both systems can be easily duplicated. This would allow technicians to maintain the documentation without actually checking the monitoring station. Additionally, there is a risk that the data from the RFID transponders could be intercepted and misused. Not with DocMaH! At Matuszak-Hygiene, we have developed our own system to enable our customers to verify all services and measures performed securely and fraud-proof. Our paperless system operates using electronic signatures, which are all compliant with current security standards (US FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
Secure raw data and data interfaces
DocMaH® does not have vulnerable interfaces for data transmissions. There are no direct data transmissions from mobile devices to the software, and there never will be because these interfaces are susceptible to hacking attacks. This process ensures secure preservation of immutable raw data for the customer, thus serving as an important guarantee for GMP-compliant traceability.
Plausibility checks and user ID
In principle, the 4-eye principle applies: All data undergo plausibility checks by the internal service for documentation approval - we deliberately refrain from automatic data transfer. This preserves the raw data and, through the void function, user errors are traceably documented and can be corrected. Entered data cannot be deleted. The customer can review every step using their unique user ID.
Active support remotely or on-site
Support is provided not only during an audit but also for all other inquiries.
Secure deployment of containerized IT systems
Containerization is a technology that allows applications and their dependencies to be packaged in isolated, portable containers. Secure deployment of containerized systems is crucial to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of applications and data. To achieve this goal with DocMaH® , we adhere to best practices and guidelines provided by the BSI (Federal Office for Information Security). Additionally, to provide a high level of protection, we monitor the application with a container security solution. Furthermore, we guarantee the validation capability of DocMaH according to GAMP 5, which is mandatory, especially for regulated companies. With the certificate issued to us, we demonstrate the high quality and compliance standards of our online documentation system, DocMaH.
