In August 1972, the Matuszak family founded the company Matuszak-Hygiene, which soon became one of the most modern pest control companies in the region.

The company logo features the initials of the founder, Adelheid Matuszak—an “A” and an “M”—set in a hexagon symbolizing a honeycomb, representing the industrious and hardworking nature of bees. The precise and flawless construction of honeycombs continues to fascinate people today and serves as a model for meticulous work.
